Sounds to me like she knows they are screwed. Of course, she is claiming that somebody accessed the Dominion machines to cheat for Trump, but we all know which side cheated.

Is she trying to get ahead of the upcoming revelation to the public that the tabulation machines were tampered with so she can blame the other side when the truth is revealed?
