From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Durham also served as the Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, where he investigated matters relating to the destruction of certain videotapes by the CIA and the treatment of detainees by the CIA.
Being a government type, I suspect there's a filing cabinet and electronic records somewhere with all kinds of interesting, but not relevant to the investigation at the time, names and bits of information. Now if someone were to dig into that, and establish relationships and connections....
