Many oils are effective topically, probably not as much as eating,, but it is a good question as eating brings in digestve chemicals which make their own contribution to the final result.
Right. And some aren't suitable for food grade consumption. Do you happen t know if the black seed oil is always and only from cumin?
Go by the proper name, Nigella sativa. And get cold-pressed.
