If what she said were true, she'd be saying something like certified IT network professionals blabbedy blah looked at logs blabbedy blah looked at traffic blabbedy blah identified traffic from an IP address to Russia blabbedy blah.

"computer scientist" is not quite the term I would pick.

Nor is there any real detail.

Sure I can "link" my hosted space to Russia. All I have to do is look at my server logs and find the IP addresses that are out of Russia hitting my websites.
