Sorry to burst bubbles but this is a fake.... I researched it when it was first posted here.

Whomever made it used clips from old "Betty Boop" cartoons and added stuff with computers. Some tells were: certain functions computers can do that artists couldn't back then. The dark things stabbing needles were actually little devil creatures putting horns and tails on the other ones that were altered.
