I'm not the right one to answer that, it appears he's just going for economic control, essentially allowing banks to freeze funds from anyone "suspected" of supporting the protests.

Also, to "trust the banks" because they "have no liability in confiscated funds" but "we trust they will act in good faith". (Quotes are paraphrasings from the PMO, equivalent to vice president)

Is this where the database of vaccinated will come into play? Would the first people arrested be the vaccine free?

Some of my earliest red pills was the banking system and the "money" system. I can't trust them, nor does it seem to be a good idea to. Guess ima have to pull my money out of the bank
