I have first hand knowledge of the beach area of Delaware. I do not recognize this boardwalk or stone wall with grassy greens. It appears the photo was taken after a heavy rainstorm creating the sand erosion. The military battleship is puzzling. I have never seen a military ship like this so close to the shore. The water is a brighter blue than the murky green-gray waters of the mid-Atlantic Ocean near the shore. Perhaps this photo was taken somewhere other than Delaware, Biden's home state.

IMO; it's totally photo-shopped!
