I worked in IT for my whole career. Several companies, as I was a contractor.

Only one company ever had a manager that brought up and taught the importance of Integrity in Staff meetings, and what to think about or where to ask when and if someone asked you for a "favor". Something as simple as your buddy sent a email in anger and regrets it's deeply, and wanted you to just delete it. Slippery slope.

They were very simple but incredibly important discussions.
