In the Candace interview he also stated that Biden needed to stay the hell out of our health choices. Especially the children's.

I know Trump said they "worked". But I can't remember an instance where he directly used the word "safe". It's possible he did, but I am thinking back to the two main times he shilled the vaccines at a rally, and I'm not recalling hearing him calling them safe.
