That's a good point. But I would assume that a truck strike would affect them also. They are not in control of their total logistics. They do have to rely on truckers who are not direct employees I assume. Another good way to strike would be to look at all the bridges that connect the country together and park the tractors all at the same time. I know that when the I75/I71 bridge had to have some work done, it made this area miserable trying to cross Ohio to KY. Now take that all over the crossroads of America and you have something.
This needs to happen. It will hurt a lot of people in the short term, but pain tends to wake people up.
What about Amazon freight? Wouldn't they keep their chain going?
