That's a good point. But I would assume that a truck strike would affect them also. They are not in control of their total logistics. They do have to rely on truckers who are not direct employees I assume. Another good way to strike would be to look at all the bridges that connect the country together and park the tractors all at the same time. I know that when the I75/I71 bridge had to have some work done, it made this area miserable trying to cross Ohio to KY. Now take that all over the crossroads of America and you have something.
Agree. Another idea, instead of all that truck "weight" ON the bridge, I say block the bridge on both ends so no traffic can cross. Then others park trucks behind those blocking the bridge. GO TRUCKERS!
What about Amazon freight? Wouldn't they keep their chain going?
Dont get me wrong, I want this to happen, but I'd hate for Amazon to circumvent the other companies.

If you ever see Amazon distribution center, there are Amazon trucks on one side and every trucking company you can imagine on the other.
Would be good to tell all supporters of the strike to do a boycott of all purchases (barring life saving products) until the strike is over.

Yes I'd stay off the bridges, many are so badly in need of repair
Yes, Main interstate bridges in key logistical location can create major choke points.
That 75/71 thru Cincy was a disaster!
They can't touch it.
Amazon will be good with what they already have in stock.
Just layed in 250 lbs of fresh beef from my son in-laws ranch.
