There is no money in finding a cure.

Whether it's cancer, diabetes, weight, liver/kidney or heart disease, high blood pressure. Because, once the cure is administered - you lost the patient's money

But, there is a fortune to be made in "health management", where they can sell you daily drugs to treat a symptom for the rest of your life.
