A few days ago (?), there was a post and someone was mentioning iodine drops that he takes with water every day. I thought I saved it but now can't find now that I bought the drops!

In a dropper use one drop of iodine to 10 drops of water. Lay down and put equally in each nostil. Yes some will run down the back of your throat that is ok.
