Doug Burgum is a rino and needs to be primaried out. He vetoed the bill but they overrode the veto and it passed.

He also vetoed a bill prohibiting transgenders from competing as the gender they identify as instead of their actual gender.

Thankfully we have a based house and senate but the crap happening is due to Obama bringing in Somalies into the cities just like he did Minnesota.
