Thankfully I'm in one of the redder parts that didn't care if you ignored the mandate, and even more thankfully I'm making my escape in one or two months.

Good for you. I grew up here in the 70's. I'm in a super-blue area, holding out, pushing back, making them chase my maskless mug in the stores to confront me about masks. And taking it off the next aisle over. Most people don't care enough to confront me, many appreciate my defiance, and it's getting easier each day. Today I get a new weapon, telling them it's over. Enjoy your new home, wherever you land! I'll keep the light on for you, as I expect a big reversal to make the state nice again!
