Does Doug Ford have multiple personalities? Is he a MKULTRA candidate? How can this video be? Convincing too if you didn't hear what his other personality said earlier. It was 180% the opposite.

It's impossible to know for sure. Doug Ford seems to be a flip-flopper and that indicates he's somewhat a tea-leaf reader and decides by which way the wind blows the hardest.
