Treason doesn't have a SOL. Of course she'd have to be charged with that. Also, I think (not an attorney) there are provisions for if the perp is actively hiding the data, IIRC. Anyway, if I'm getting the timeline correct, they were tapping Trump through March of 2017, which makes this under 5 years anyway.
