I was just about to say this! God I miss playing Rugby so goddamn much.... my high school team legit made it to the northern conference championship game where we lost by one single try 18-12 iirc.
Never had my bones stepped, punched in the head, and conversely had to power double so many big boys more than that day. Left it all out on the field that day though so when I finally got subbed in during the 2nd half of the 2nd half, I had no regrets at all even when we lost.
