This guy pretending to be Trudeau is all breathless and tho he sounds similar to Trudeau he doesn't breath like Trudeau does when he speaks. If that a thing. Idk

It's like when you're trying sing a song and you can't - you run out of breath... you only know the words, not the right breathing pattern.
