I contacted the MN DMV this morning to find out how I get myself removed from the donor list. It just so happens that the lady I spoke with told me that if I had one, that I should be sure to update my Living Will (aka Health Care Directive) even after I update my driver license to reflect my non-donor directive. She said since it is a legal document, it would outweigh the endorsement on a driver's license.
There you go. Good thinking. Now we just need to make sure our directives stay in the system. Probably a good idea to keep hard copies in accessible places in case there's a 'glitch'.
