That should be a fun argument to hear in court.

The ACLU can explain why adults and kids can attend football and basketball games in packed stadiums without masks, people can shop at stores without masks, sit in restaurants without masks and go to concerts without masks...

... yet kids in school should be mandated to wear masks. Because... science!!!
