Good post. From my biochemistry courses I took years ago. Everything you said about fat is what we learned. Carbs are bad. Complex carbs in moderation are good. Carbs are where you get those love handles from and that fat stomach roll and man boobies. Cut the carbs. And sugar. It all turns to glucose- sugar and causes you to gain storage fat. If you simply stop eating bread you will notice a difference in a few weeks. Fat is good!!
