Understand CNN is NOT going bankrupt. CNN's main owner is AT&T which owns Times-Warner which owns CNN. AT&T is in negotiations with Discovery Networks to acquire CNN. It was rumored that AT&T was behind the ouster of Zucker. Discovery is (probably) using every piece of ammo they have to expose CNN, in order to bring it's valuation and brand capital down, which in turn continually lowers the sale price of the company prior to closing of the deal later this year. As much as I would like to see DWAC acquire CNN for it's infrastructure, it will never happen for a variety of reasons. TMTG/DWAC is better served building its own infrastructure.
