Damn near the perfect food, and you can have all you want without relying on the govt or the corps by just having a dozen hens free ranging in your back yard.

They tried with eggs for years ,, the Cholesterol lie , they already damn near took eggs out of everyone's fridge ,, oh yeah they replaced the eggs with that egg stuff in cartons , thats right , so good of them
