It's pretty obvious what the plan was, in the 80's-90's it was natural gas. Incentives, commercials...etc. suddenly all fossil fuels are bad and electric is the rage. California bans everything non electric....but cannot even handle the current (no pun intended) load. Dams are bad, wind and solar can't handle the load.....so?

Nuclear power is the pitch. We make a push for mini reactors all over and suddenly the ore price is through the roof.
