The dystopian films of the 60s and 70s really presaged this era of fascism. Fascism, as defined by Mussolini himself, is the merging of corporate and government interests.
The James Caan film "Rollerball" from 1975 described a future of fascism.
The description from IMDB:
"In a corporate-controlled future, an ultra-violent sport known as Rollerball represents the world, and one of its powerful athletes is out to defy those who want him out of the game."
Other films like "Soylent Green", "Planet of the Apes" and "Westworld" described different aspects and outcomes.
Fast forward to films like "Hunger Games" and you can see their ultimate dystopian fantasy world.
Not to be left out, books like "1984", "Atlas Shrugged" and "Animal Farm" are used like blueprints.
