What is frustrating about Scott (or at least was, back when I listened to him) is that he has tons of intellect and skill, and he goes right in the correct direction and at the last second, like 10% of the time he spins out into space. So many of his conclusions are wise and I think correct. And then he will bring in this subjective, fatheaded, obnoxious Leftard view for those 1 time out of 10 times spin outs. And then with COVID and his mistakes around COVID, he just started getting angrier and frankly meaner, and I just said "I'm out. Go with God, jackass." And left and did not come back.
So many skills. So much intellect. And he has fallen into a hole from which it seems he cannot escape, formed by #9. His own ego. Or perhaps it is shame/guilt. I suspect it might be shame/guilt because he was so "pro-Ventilator", and then we found out that the vents were basically murdering everyone. Forgiving yourself for mass murder is a tall order.
Clott Adams. This kind of jumbled thinking is why the car in front of you mounts the curb.
