Barstow. Great people there but what a place for a city. Blech. Been through there 100 times. I can imagine, it is a good place for gathering a convoy and preparing, though. Just what is tbe purpose of convoys that are " Black Hat", if true? Arrive at a destination and create FF? How exactly do we know which areThe White Hat convoys, other than by what interviewed truckers say?
