my understanding is that the PM can use the Emergency Powers Act for 7 days while Parliament is debating it. AFter 7 days, it must have Parliamentary approval in order to continue to be in force.
Right now we are on day 4 or something so Castreau is still within his 'grace period'.
The Canadian Parliament is to vote up or down 2- days after Little Fidel, Jr. invoked the Emergency Act.
It's obvious the Conservative Party didn't have the votes to nullify it. So, it appears they worked to "Table" it, in which on the 7th-day they will argue for amendments to the Emergency Act and Little Fidels, Jr. declared provisions.
If the Conservative Party cannot sway the assembly in any of the amendments introduced, it means Little Fidel, Jr. has authority carte blanche to his tyranny.
