I was going to write a lot, but fuck it.
I put some peanuts out on the back porch and watched the squirrels as I was working from home. I like squirrels.

Worked outside cleaning up the winter messes of soggy leaves , did some mulching and seeding grass - cool, crisp day, feels like fall again. River is high with runoff and quite beautiful. Trees and Salmon berries are starting to bud. No squirrels present today but lots of mole hills which gave my dog some nice places to dig around in.
You are very kind, thanks for reminding me to savor the good things I get to do every day in one of the most beautiful places in America.
Yes - Inslee country. He hasnt let us burn up yet over here on the Quimper Peninsula but Im sure he will. He likes the federal money as much as Newsom and Brown.
