As an Aussie, I've lost all respect for the police and now only have disdain. There are very few decent cops here. They are not to be trusted, ever again. Yes, they are clearly violating human rights, I've seen it with my own eyes on numerous occasions. Can't wait to see the granny bashers hang. I was making an observation. Not sure what you mean by "popularity contest".
