Christ doesn't return just because Bill Gates is trying to end the world. Bill Gates is not permitted to bring about the end of the world in any case. The order goes like this:
Christ will finish saving all his sheep. They have all been known from before the foundation of the world. No sheep will ever be eternally lost. When the last of the lost sheep are found, there will be no further purpose for this present world. Then the end can come.
On the Day of the Lord, there will be the sound of a trumpet, the voice of an angel, and the Lord shall appear with a shout. The saints who "sleep" will be resurrected, and then the living saints will be instantly translated into their glorified bodies and shall rise to meet him in the air.
Christ takes vengeance upon those of his enemies who remain upon the earth with flaming fire. That would include satanic beings like Bill Gates, if they are still around on that day. If they are not here, their judgment takes place at the Great White Throne. All the unforgiven go for a ride in the Lake of Fire.
After Judgment is complete and the sin wrecked world is purified by fire, there will be a New Heavens and a New Earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.
