A take I heard today on the jan 6th thing was that all the states had their data, evidence and statements to submit in order, indicating that they believed that the illegitimate vote fraud in each of their respective states (at a magnitude of fraud votes which would void the legit winner) meant that their electoral votes were all null and void, and that Biden not only could not be sworn in, but should be placed under armed guard and arrest. AZ was going to be first, since they come in alphabetically at the start.

And then the 'riot' happened with capital police unlocking doors, inviting people in etc was invented to derail the submission and challege by the states. Which it certainly did.

Those states still have their data demonstrating that Biden is an unelected traitor.. and the last 12 months have been threats against all of them to drop it and never bring it up again.
