Could use some advice. I am becoming easily agitatable. Meditation advice or anything like it on how to cool down emotions would be really great.

The victory is already won - God is in control. This is all optics to wake people up.
Take a break: reconnect with nature, read your Bible, praise and give thanks. I've started reading again and occasionally watch a favourite old film. Get outstanding chores done, learn something new, grow things. Help the elderly and infirm, if you know any or volunteer. Avoid isolation, introversion and overthinking.
We are in a spiritual battle so keep fit and strong - mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, fight the good fight! Stay cheerful and positive.
