The propaganda that would concern me most is them impounding my dog, then killing it after 8 days.
That is just pure evil. Dogs are some people's children and I can see Trudeau smiling at the thought of following through with such an act.
To some people who have no children dogs are their substitute. I hope you're never in that position.
Shelters can kill dogs if there's no room for more dogs.
