P.S. I am VERY much guilty of the behavior I am portraying below. Though, now that I noticed, I will be more aware of what I post.
A lot is happening. And a lot of it is honestly out of our control; that is unless you don’t live in Canada but plan to fly out to Canada to participate in a protest, or plan to participate in protests in Australia or elsewhere, there’s really not much that most are physically able to do other than bring awareness to the situation. But… continuously bringing (well, more like seeing) awareness to a situation which may be out of ones direct control, or continuously expressing worry/hatred about something you have zero control over, rubs off on people and has the potential to Black Pill individuals. One after another after another etc. Remember, they want you stressed, angry, sad, divided, demoralized. don’t fall into that trap. I personally know where blackpills started physically affecting individuals Health and psyche. Myself included. I had to cut off some content because the continuous black pills were raising my blood pressure and we’re taking time away from myself and my family.
Please, focus on yourself, focus on your well-being, be aware of others as well. This is definitely not to say don’t post anything KEK per se, just be aware that some individuals may be overwhelmed, and rather than seeking out the negative which has probably already been shared, try to seek out something positive. Again, I am VERY MUCH guilty of this behavior and will be seeking to bring awareness to more positive red and white pill topics. If you are feeling overwhelmed and potentially at a breaking point, take a break and PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO REACH OUT TO SOMEONE!!!

Bottom line is, we need to focus on ourselves. If your Health is degrading than how are you expected to be a strong warrior?
I don’t think of this post as someone telling me what to think feel or express. I think there is value in sharing your thoughts, and lessons learned, in a way that’s meant to encourage other people. God knows we’re being bombarded with media messages telling us what to think, feel and express (or preventing us from expressing). All the OP is saying is that IF we begin to feel as though it’s all getting to be too much, it’s okay to shut off the TV, walk away from the conversation (even stuff posted here if it’s stressing us out), and take a break. There are people out there who have been so sucked in to the negative propaganda that they feel completely hopeless and, sometimes, even suicidal (especially young people). I don’t think it’s a bad thing to offer people suggestions that might help them begin to feel more hopeful and in control of their own destiny.
