Could be because even if they reach a big audience that audience generally agrees with everything they say, and ultimately they don't really have any power, or atleaset they aren't using the power they have to try to organize any sort of resistance. Trump on the other hand reached an absolutely massive audience of a mixed group of people who may or may not agree with what he said, and also had the power and money to organize resistance. Leaving people like Jr. And Owens unbanned also allows the brainwashed "normies" to justify the censorship as it was against primarily trump and some in congress who they viewed as "literally Hitler". Ultimately I don't know the actual reason, but I feel like it has to be either white hats in control, or if not that then what I described above seems the next most likely, I can't think of anything else outside of total happenstance which I doubt to be the case.
