It only works if a large portion of truckers do strike and stay home. The truckers currently striking are what, a few thousands at most? We need many times that number to be effective. Maybe this could happen, but it's not guaranteed. Whereas their current strategy to show up in Ottawa is a shock and awe tactic, forcing Trudeau to show his tyrannical face. It is working. It is working perfectly well.
