I’m jealous. Especially the hash browns. Nothing better than some scrambled eggs and fried hash browns in the mornings… I could always shred whole potatoes as a substitute and instead of plastic forks I could take silverware to work and clean it off after use
If you want to make the best, fresh hash browns ever, shred the potato with a grater and then put them into a ricer and squeeze like hell. Gets most of the moisture out. Then fry them in a little sunflower oil until brown on both sides, best ever.
Plastic forks and hash browns happen to be two of my staples.

Sunflower oil? That’s a new one for me but I’ll absolutely try it if I can find some. Cheese grater or something else?
Yep, cheese greater.
