The guy was just as much a jerk as the person he was harassing, why not just put the cart back for him instead of getting some old guy so pissed he's likely to have an accident or a heart attack.

The guy wearing the mask has a lot to do with the psychology of the mean-spirited maskers, regardless of the purpose of the guy with the camera.
