It downloaded onto my devices but when click to create account it says "Something went wrong. Please try again." Maybe it downloads onto your device, but we have to wait until midnight (2/21) to create an account.
Multiple people are saying the site is crashing with so many of us trying to make accounts.

Do you believe I'm still stuck on the phone number page? I keep hitting the next button but it then will say I need so many seconds till I can try again, over and over and over... for the last hour.
Try going through email instead of your phone number... 😉
I got stuck on the confirmation code text, then the app timed out while I was doing other things and I can’t get past the very first screen.
