Is it only available for phone? The website still says "Join the waiting list," which is not what I want to do.

It also asks for first and last name. Is it anonymous? Like, is a last name required? If I put in John Kennedy is it going to spit me out? How about if I just go with Slyver (like "Prince", no last name)?
