He looks worried for sure and also my initial impression of his look is that his appearance was slightly disheveled to me.

His interspersed "uhh's" also seemed to occur at odd times in his speech which from my perspective, given the cadence he was speaking with, made him seem rather uncertain of whether people would believe him.
