I have read a lot of books about Hitler and his top echelon. He had no use for Christianity and his postwar vision was to dispose of the church altogether. This from Goebbels' diaries. Himmler's idea was to promote a Thule cult dedicated to the old Nordic gods (and possibly involving human sacrifice).
