I've been trying to figure out this riddle as well. According to https://pds.nasa.gov/planets/special/pluto.htm

A revolution is ~247 years and if I understand this then 247+1776 = 2023 and seems like we are jumping the gun.

I have looked, but most of the info that comes up appears related to astrology, not astronomy unfortunately.
