Do you have to serve the people you are pulling bond on? I am pretty sure it is situated the the bond holder does all the work and you must contact them directly to tell them why such and such needs to lose their bond. I do not recall having to get a lawyer involved. Could be wrong though.
The bond company does that though, and they would have direct access to him vs. these people giving to some lady that says she can receive those papers. I might be mistaken, just seems sus.

Yea, I saw that video too. I must have been confused, I thought the bond company handled it considering it is their money.
