This is a good point/thought. There’s really no perfect solution. Possibly implementing a requirement for the parents to fulfill full citizenship/naturalization within a certain timeframe. Wherein, failure to do so would require deportation of all parties. Those coming for the right reasons would immediately single themselves out.

The solution is remove all social benefits.

Democrats created the immigration system — there was no such thing as an illegal immigrant before democrats created social benefits, and then restricted immigration.

Remove the incentive to break the law, and suddenly the law becomes much easier to enforce.
