The military other than certain state guards are forcing the vax down our soldiers throats. My wife is reserves and is holding out until June hoping by some miracle they no longer are forced to take it. If June comes and she “has” to she’ll be getting dishonorably discharged. So my question is, why are the patriots at the top allowing these mandates forcing our soldiers to get vaxxed? I’ve said it before, one of my best friends died taking the fucking thing. Why would we risk patriots?****** - Thank you for all the replies everyone!

Thought I saw on telegram that a fed judge just shot down the mandatory shots for military
As far as I've seen, only temporary injunctions. This means that the military members cannot be punished for failing to be vaccinated while their case is working its way through the system.
This has been done recently for some Navy special forces guys, as well as an Air Force officer. But the rulings don't rule on mandates as a whole, only on the ability to enforce the mandate on those specific individuals who are involved in the legal cases, and only until a legal decision is reached.

In the last couple of hours a federal judge in Tampa blocked the mandates. So this is an ongoing thing.
But that case only gave relief to two members of the military and was not a blanket injunction. However, the premise was over the rejection of their religious exemptions that they are required by law to honor unless they can prove very narrow and specific exception. The court did not feel the military had met that threshold in denying their exemptions. This will have to be the legal challenge other members of the military will have to pursue in order to get around this. Unless the case is expanded into a class action, it will not have the reach to include others not a party to the action. Members of the military must file those exemptions and not wait for something else to break. They may be discharged until this is worked out by the courts. But in the end, they should prevail because in prior cases over the religious rights of members of the military, the military has lost. Then they can sue the government for damages. It should not have to be this way, but unfortunately that may be the best we can do right now. The wheels of justice turn painfully slow.
How come dip 💩commies can get injunctions nationwide and our side is always beaten back? Two tiered justice? No equal justice?
