I spent last night looking at the Act and we may still have some hope with the Senate. They started their debate this morning and if they vote no to the emergency declaration it will be revoked effective the day of the vote and no further action need be taken in the other house. From Section 58 (7) of the Emergencies Act found here:

They could vote as early as tonight. I also found the schedule for the Senate sittings and they are allowing for debate until Friday but they can still hold a vote at any time before then. Everyone needs to email and phone the senators for their province. The sessions with start at 9 am each day and run until 9 pm. They will pause twice; once at noon and once at 6 pm for one hour each. Keep in mind these are Eastern Time. Remind them that the Senate acts as the chamber of “SOBER SECOND THOUGHT". Make sure your email is personalized as a form letter type is easily recognizable and doesn’t hold as much weight. If you need help composing yours I am happy to help.
All the legacy media have been acting like this declaration is a done deal because of yesterday’s vote in the House. They don't want anyone to know that a defeat in the Senate means the immediate revoking and it does NOT go back to the House. That would be the end of it, period. We need to convince the Senators that the threshold has not been met for this declaration and it would be disastrous if it is allowed to continue. For all of us who have been home watching our brave heroes in Ottawa this is our chance to RISE UP and try to make a difference! Love and Unity! We won't give up!!
