I guess he might be, but he has seemed smarmy to me for a long time and I don't trust smarmy. A lot of people listen to him, though.

during the Atlanta BLM riots, Hannity spoke to victims and families briefly. He used the segment to push them to say what he wanted them to say, did not listen, acted pompous and out of touch. it was clear he never has any meaningful interaction with 'the little guy' that he claims to know and love. his 'elite' mask glowed.
